What a team debrief looks like at ISL

After every match, ISL teams sit down for a debrief that starts with a simple question: what did you notice, before anyone talks about the score.

Coaches say this reorders how students process a loss or a win — the score becomes one data point among several, not the entire verdict on the day.

Over a season, the debrief habit builds a kind of self-awareness that carries off the field: students get better at naming what worked and what didn't, in their own words.
